Terms of Use

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Services. If you are under the applicable age, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and supervise your use.

2) Account & security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Keep your device secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use: hello@findrogps.com.

3) Location sharing & consent

• The Services allow sharing of precise, potentially continuous location with people you invite to your private circle.
• You must obtain clear permission from any person whose device/location you add or track. Do not use Findro to track anyone without their knowledge and consent.
• You may manage or stop sharing in the app and through device settings.
• Comply with all applicable laws when using location features.

4) Acceptable use

• Do not use the Services to harass, stalk, endanger, or unlawfully monitor any person.
• Do not attempt to access another user’s account or data without permission.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Services, or reverse‑engineer any part of them, except where allowed by law.
• Do not use the Services in a way that infringes others’ rights or violates any law or regulation.

5) Subscriptions, trials, and billing

• Paid features may be offered via auto‑renewing subscriptions managed through Apple’s in‑app purchase system (with RevenueCat as our subscription management provider).
• Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
• If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.

6) Intellectual property

The Services and their content are owned by Findro or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the app for personal, lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7) Third‑party services

We may integrate third‑party SDKs and services (including analytics, crash reporting, attribution, and subscription management). Your use of such features may be subject to those providers’ terms and policies.

8) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation, accuracy of maps or location data, or that the Services will meet your needs. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Findro and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

10) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Findro and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

11) Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits).

12) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify or discontinue features as we improve the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13) Governing law

These Terms apply to the maximum extent permitted by local law. If mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence apply, they prevail over this section.
