These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Findro Family GPS Locator ("Findro", "we", "us", or "our"), including the mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must be at least the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you are using Findro on behalf of a child or minor, you represent that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian and that you consent to the child’s use of the Service.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
2. Description of the Service
Findro Family GPS Locator is a location-sharing and family safety application designed to help families and trusted groups stay connected.
The Service allows users to:
- Create private circles
- Invite trusted family members or contacts
- Share real-time and/or background location data with explicit consent
- View location-related information shared within a circle
Findro is strictly consent-based and does not support secret tracking, spying, or surveillance.
3. User Consent and Responsibilities
You agree that:
- You will only invite and share location data with individuals who have given explicit consent
- All members of a circle must knowingly accept invitations before location sharing becomes active
- You are solely responsible for how you use the Service
You agree not to:
- Track, monitor, or locate any person without their knowledge and consent
- Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes
- Violate the privacy or rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the Service
4. Account Registration and Security
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach related to your account.
5. Permissions and Device Settings
The Service may request access to certain device features, including:
- Location services (foreground and background)
- Notifications
You may revoke permissions at any time through your device settings. Revoking permissions may limit or disable certain features of the Service.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription.
Subscription details, including pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options, are clearly presented within the app at the time of purchase.
All payments and subscriptions are managed by the applicable app store provider. We do not have access to your payment information.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials related to the Service are owned by or licensed to Findro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:
- You violate these Terms
- You use the Service in an unlawful or abusive manner
- We are required to do so by law
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Findro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Findro, its affiliates, officers, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or rights of a third party
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
